Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website at cwacabinets.com or engaging our services. By accessing our website or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Us

CWA Closets & Cabinets is a custom cabinet and closet design studio based in Norcross, Georgia. We serve homeowners throughout the greater Atlanta metro area, including Norcross, Peachtree Corners, Duluth, Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, Milton, and Cumming, GA.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any content from our website without written permission

3. Consultation and Service Bookings

Free Consultation

We offer a complimentary, no-obligation in-home design consultation to prospective customers in our service area. Booking a consultation does not create a binding contract for services.

Project Agreements

All design, fabrication, and installation services are governed by a separate written agreement ("Project Agreement") signed by both parties. These Terms do not constitute a Project Agreement. Specific pricing, timelines, materials, warranties, and payment schedules will be detailed in your individual Project Agreement.

Scheduling

Appointments may be booked through our Calendly link at calendly.com/cwaclosetsandcabinets. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices for our products and services are quoted on a per-project basis following your design consultation. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment terms, deposit requirements, and final payment schedules are specified in your Project Agreement. We reserve the right to change pricing for future projects without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, photographs, 3D renderings, graphics, logos, and design concepts — is the property of CWA Closets & Cabinets or our licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

3D renderings and design concepts created for your project during the consultation phase remain the property of CWA Closets & Cabinets until full payment has been received as outlined in your Project Agreement.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our website content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law:

• CWA Closets & Cabinets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
• Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to CWA Closets & Cabinets for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Warranties related to installed products and workmanship are addressed separately in your Project Agreement.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website may integrate or link to third-party services including Shopify, Calendly, and Google. These services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or conduct of third-party platforms.

9. User-Submitted Content

If you submit photos, reviews, testimonials, or other content to us (including via email or social media), you grant CWA Closets & Cabinets a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and business purposes, including on our website and Google Business Profile. You confirm that you own or have the right to share any content you submit.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
